PCTI - IGNOU Community College has been registered under Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) Community Colleges Scheme to provide an alternative system of education and empowering the disadvantaged and the underprivileged (Urban poor, Rural poor, Tribal poor and Women) section of society.

PCTI - IGNOU Community College have designed the job oriented, work related, skill - based and life coping education programs in the forms of associate degree, diploma and certificate programs so that the candidate can take up the jobs available at local level. After the completion of the Associate degree the student becomes eligible for transfer to undergraduate college.
